We use Australia Post for our Australian shipments and aim to despatch all online orders

All orders will be distributed from our partner warehouse in Valencia, California within 72
hours from the date of your order. If there are any delays to your order this will be
communicated as quickly as possible.

based on order size and location.
Duties and Taxes on overseas shipments
The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred by your country
of origin. Orders we send outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs
duties and fees that are levied by the destination country. The recipient of an
international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees,
which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for
customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient and unfortunately we have no
